If you're not sure, here are some key advantages and benefits you stand to gain.

 

1) Private Coaching - This is accomplished through e-mail, or texts, or scheduled phone appointments. Some students even like to "FaceTime" with us, so I might see a particular issue. Not uncommon. Also, there are no "stupid questions" here. Again, this is a "private coaching" service. Emphasis on PRIVATE. Never judged or made fun of, when questions are asked. We've all been there. Bees know no state borders, nor county lines. They work by a set of about 45 principles. Your environment may be a bit different, but the "bee principles" are the same, each and every year. This allows us to coach many students, in various areas of the country.

 

2) Value Based Support System - When we created the Personal Advisor program, we wanted to build and add as much "value" as possible.  As a consumer, just like you, I want to know "what I'm getting", for "what I'm paying".  A legitimate question to be sure. Therefore, we included various elements for your learning.  Below is just a small sample of the "value" we created in this popular program. 

 

3) FREE Zoom classes - If you're our Personal Advisor student, we offer you FREE Zoom classes, past & present.  A huge value in your learning.  However, if you're a student off the street, these same Zoom classes are $30 each. Once downloaded on your Desktop device, you can view over and over.  Refer back as often as needed, for key topics & strategies. 4) FREE Monthly PA Newsletter - The Bees never stop throwing you challenges. Therefore, your "flow of learning" should never stop as well. The PA program includes a FREE monthly Sustainable Beekeeping Newsletter. Each newsletter comes to your e-mail address of your choosing. Filled with 3 solid Tips & Sustainable Strategies. Each lesson also includes a link to the appropriate teaching video. You can keep these Newsletters on file, for reference later. A smart move on your part. Newsletters are sent out on the 14th of the month, to your email address. Save them in a file, print them out if you can. A powerful learning tool for sure. You'll refer back to them often.

 

5) FREE audio/zoom recordings - Sometimes your time frames may not allow you to plug into our monthly Conference Call sessions, or Zoom classes LIVE.  We'll record Conference Call sessions, Zoom classes and Private Phone appointments, and send the student a copy of this file, for their study and review later.  This is simply a complimentary courtesy to our Personal Advisor service.  Adding yet another layer of VALUE to your support system. 

 

6) The Monthly Conference Call sessions - Extremely popular among the students. Since the Newsletters hits you mid-month, we follow up at the end of each month with a scheduled Conference Call. In each Newsletter, is the date & time of the next Conference Call session. The phone number and pen number are provided for you. Students are strongly encouraged to plug in live and ask questions. At the least, sit quietly and listen, and take notes. If for some reason your time frames don't allow you to "plug in live", that's understandable. But you won't miss out! We record all Conference Call sessions, and then send out a copy of this recording to ALL our P.A. students, so that they might be able to listen and study later. A "complimentary service" to all our students.

 

7) Your "Bee Notebook" - Students are strongly encouraged to create their own 3 ring binder, "Bee Notebook". You'll be saving newsletters, Notes, recipes, & E-books that we've written. I've seen some of the students "Bee Notebooks", and they're awesome! A very smart strategic move, in order to learn solid concepts, strategies and principles. You'll need it. No doubt about it. This then becomes your "Sustainable Beekeeping Manual" as it grows. Very important tool. If this interests you, please go to our E-book Library to review all 8 E-books. 8) Private Phone appointments - We don't call and hound my students. Just the opposite. This is a "self paced" learning system. Set up a "private phone appointment" & call in to ask questions any time. I'll be sure to keep you "on the ranch" so to speak. Everyone has a different pace of growth. You're in control of your "time management" in your learning process in this program. Squeaky wheel gets the oil. Although it's wise to have periodic phone appointments with me monthly, or every other month, for detailed Q&A time. Up to you.

 

9) Learning Curve comes way down - Since you'll have a solid "private support system", you're "learning curve" will come down rapidly. In turn, your "Bee IQ" will begin to sore! We see this time and time again. A huge benefit to enrolling in this popular program. This is the beauty of this system!

 

10) No Bee Club attendance required - Some students live too far away to attend a "local bee club". This can hinder their growth dramatically. Not all people like to "mix & mingle" with other folks that they DO NOT know. But the student still wants to learn. Hence, a "private coach/advisor" to turn to in order to learn quickly. If you like to attend local Bee Clubs, you can certainly do so. Many folks do not. Not required in our system of learning.

 

11) No Judgement here - When someone new is in a large class, at a local Bee Club, there's always this "psychological limitation" that must be overcome. New students are often very reluctant to ASK silly questions. Or rather, what THEY perceive to be "silly questions". They don't want to be judged or laughed at. So, they sit silently, in hopes that SOMEONE ELSE will ask the very same "stupid question", and let them be embarrassed. But not them. Therefore, they'll likely sit there in quiet anticipation; "Let someone else ask that silly question, not me!" And it doesn't happen, and you miss out.

 

12) Service Cancellation - You're free to cancel this service at any time. You are not bound by any kind of "code" or long term commitment. The PA program typically lasts 5 - 8 years. That's just what it takes, to get really good and understand these magnificent creatures that we call Honey Bees.

13) Program Longevity - You're free to remain on board with us, for a longer term period, if you so desire. This gives you a "long term" support system, further down the road. Again, the only students we teach PRIVATELY, are those that are on the PA program roster.

 

14) Timeless Skills - The Sustainable Beekeeping skills that you'll learn from us, transcend time. Once learned, will remain with you for years and years down the road. Students seem to place a high value on this particular benefit. Once you learn a key "Sustainable Beekeeping strategy", it can never be taken away from you. I love this greatly! Once learned, always retained.
